Hurricane Deck Elementary (PK-5)
-Preschool Orientation – Thursday, August 20, 2026, 4:00–4:30 PM in the cafeteria. Parents/guardians of all Preschool students are encouraged to attend.
-Kindergarten Orientation – Thursday, August 20, 2026, 4:30–5:00 PM in the cafeteria. Parents/guardians of all kindergarten students are encouraged to attend.

Dogwood Elementary (PK-1)
-ECSE/Preschool Informational Orientation – Thursday, August 13, 2026, 5:00–6:00 PM in the Little Theatre. Parents/guardians of all ECSE/Preschool students are encouraged to attend.
-Dogwood Kindergarten and New Student Orientation – Thursday, August 13, 2026, 6:00–7:00 PM in the Little Theatre. Parents/guardians of all kindergarten and new students are encouraged to attend.

Oak Ridge Intermediate (4-5)
-4th-Grade Student Orientation Session – Thursday, August 20, 5:30-6:00 PM in the ORI Gymnasium. All 4th-grade students should participate.
-5th-Grade Student Orientation Session – Thursday, August 20, 6:00-6:30 PM, ORI Gymnasium. All 5th-grade students should participate.

Title I Parent Information Meetings
Thursday, August 20, 5:30 & 6:15 PM.  Dogwood Elementary Library, Hawthorn Elementary Cafeteria & Hurricane Deck Elementary Cafeteria. 
Families are encouraged to attend to learn more about Title I services, academic support opportunities, and ways to support student success at home.
